Deployment & integration

SAPPHIRE I.C.D.S.

Deployment & integration

Sapphire I.C.D.S. can run on customer-controlled infrastructure or be hosted by Sapphire. Before launch, we agree the environment, data migration, integrations and division of operational responsibility.

Deployment & integration

Choose the hosting model

A Sapphire licence does not bind the project to one hosting provider.

1

Customer infrastructure

Sapphire is deployed on an agreed server owned by the customer or its infrastructure partner. The customer team retains control of the environment, backups and operating policy.

2

Hosting with Sapphire

We provide and operate the server environment, updates, backups and technical platform operations within the agreed scope.

3

Shared responsibility

Design, customization and part of ongoing support can remain with your team, while hosting, selected integrations or platform operations are handled by Sapphire.

A controlled technical foundation

1

The Native Core and Modular Runtime of Sapphire I.C.D.S.

How the native core of Sapphire I.C.D.S. works with governed modularity, what this means for operations, and why a modular runtime is more significant than a simple collection of optional features.

2

MySQL and PostgreSQL as Native Backend Options

How Sapphire I.C.D.S. supports MySQL and PostgreSQL through a common data-access layer, what remains shared by business modules, and which operational decisions still belong to the customer.

3

JSON API for Mobile and External Applications

How the dedicated Sapphire I.C.D.S. JSON API allows mobile and enterprise applications to use native business logic without depending on the web interface or gaining direct database access.

From the current environment to a controlled launch

Each stage has an owner, a verifiable outcome and a clear handoff.

  1. 1

    Map the current landscape

Identify domains, languages, modules, data, external services and owners for each process.

  2. 2

    Prepare the target environment

Choose the hosting model, database backend, domains, access controls, backups and update policy.

  3. 3

    Migrate and connect

Map data, run a validated import and connect external applications through approved APIs.

  4. 4

    Test and launch

Verify roles, core workflows, failure handling and recovery, then perform a controlled cutover.

DEPLOYMENT PLAN

Show us your current infrastructure and required integrations

Tell us where the system should run, which data must move, what needs to connect and who will own ongoing operations. We will propose a clear division of work.
