Sapphire Project: one connected business system instead of a digital patchwork

Sapphire Project Sp. z o.o. is a Polish engineering company founded in 2022 in Wrocław. We develop Sapphire I.C.D.S., a modular business platform for companies that have outgrown a standalone website, calendar or CRM.

The problem we solve

When the website, email, spreadsheets, store, booking and support all operate separately, employees become the manual integration layer. They re-enter data, carry context between systems and keep checking whether a request has been lost.

Sapphire connects the customer journey with internal operations. Public pages, content, bookings, sales, orders, requests and action history share one foundation, permission model and data contour. A company can start with one process and add adjacent modules when they become useful.

Why AI becomes practical here

The Sapphire AI agent is not an isolated chat. It works through permitted module tools and inherits the user’s effective access rights. It can prepare a change, recover context, help process a request or perform repetitive work, while sensitive actions remain subject to human review and are recorded in history.

How an implementation starts

We select one measurable process: online booking, e-commerce, lead handling, customer support or a multilingual business website. We establish the current problem, demonstrate an end-to-end scenario, run a bounded demo or trial and verify the result in real work. Expansion starts only after the first operating contour is useful.
